Are you a woman who has lived in Hawaiʻi for at least a year seeking a post-secondary degree at an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Canada? You are eligible to apply to our Chapter C's
Wilma and Robert Bowline Memorial Scholarship.

STAR Scholarship
The P.E.O. STAR Scholarship (STAR) was established in 2009 to provide scholarships for exceptional women in their final year of high school to attend an accredited postsecondary educational institution in the U.S. or Canada in the next academic year.
The award amount is $2,500.
